Quotes and project work
Estimates and quotes are free and do not create any obligation. Marketing work starts only after both sides agree a written proposal or package. Rankings, followers, leads and sales cannot be guaranteed. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality and warranties for the work.
Intellectual property
The content, design and logo of this website belong to EspireVox or are used with permission. For client work, all content and creatives we produce become the client's property once payment is cleared, and clients keep ownership of their pages, ad accounts and data at all times.
Case studies and client names
Case studies describe real projects and are published with the information our clients agreed to share. Client names and trademarks belong to their owners.
